Cure for skinny grips was created by RadioFlyer
Many find the grips on new BMW motorcycles to be too skinny to be comfortable.
Many have installed Grip Puppies or Buddies but I found them to be short-lived being constructed of foam.
Some years back I came across the thread in the link below about something called Re-Grip. We have had them on both our bikes for years. They are very durable and don't interfere with the grip heaters.

Thanks for posting this Mike. I found the Re-Grip website and they sell the medium (yellow) size for $10.99 US.
re-grip.com/purchase/
They only have dealers in the US mid-west but I haven't explored their shipping arrangements to Canada yet.
I also found them on Amazon.ca at $25.86 CDN plus $5.61 shipping and a warning about extended delivery time and possible duty and taxes as it is fulfilled from outside of Canada.

Haven't decided what to do yet. We may explore getting the US site to ship to Oroville and ride down to get them. We'll see.
Cheers, Wayne

Although I can't recall the price we paid I am sure that the Re-Grips were more than that some years back when we got ours.
And I recall that I ordered them online in the US and picked them up on one of our cross-border trips back east.
And just to add that when I did the installation I put a hose clamp around the Re-Grip temporarily to serve as a guide while cutting it to length with a sharp exacto knife (carefully!).

I emailed to see what the US company wanted to ship to Canada. If anyone else were interested I could order an eight pack and have it delivered to Oroville. You need 2 per bike so I would then have a couple of extra sets.
Anyone interested?

I just tried entering an order for an eight pack with shipping to Canada.
The eight pack was $87.99 US and Shipping to Canada was another $60 US. US Mail so our post office might add duty and taxes on that.
$150+ US works out to about $200 CDN or around $50 CDN per bike at minimum.
If there is interest I may look into shipping to Oroville, WA.
