The weather next week and Wednesday in particular looks absolutely Stellar!  Since we're going to be in Kelowna for Breakfast on Wednesday morning, we thought this would be the time to do a ride down through Osoyoos.

Our plan is to leave Pur & Simple after breakfast and head south to Penticton.  Just for a change we'll take East Side Road by Skaha Lake to Okanagan Falls, then Oliver Ranch Road.  We'll stay to the East side of the valley by taking Teculnuit Drive past Oliver and Black Sage Road and 22 Road back to Hwy 97 just north of Osoyoos.  Maybe some Indian or Mexican food in Osoyoos.

Our planned return will be over Anarchist Mountain to Rock Creek and then Hwy 33 back to Kelowna.  Hopefully we'll avoid much of the valley heat and traffic on the ride home.

You're welcome to join us, just show up for breakfast at Pur & Simple with a full tank of gas.

Cheers, Wayne & Heather

We had great ride yesterday as Bruce, Rob and Doug joined Heather and I for a loop down through Osoyoos and Rock Creek.  We were worried it was going to be smoking hot but it turned out to be an ideal day for a ride.  It was only 24C in Osoyoos as a brief shower had passed through and cooled things off.  The highest temp of the day was 32C while going through Armstrong on the way home.

We stopped at the Trading Post in Rock Creek for a light lunch.

Thanks everyone for a great day.
