I think it is something to do with my new Phone. Depends how I take the picture, Vertical or Horizontal. My Computer auto corrects it. I have had this trouble on the MOA site when posting pictures as well. The ADV site seems to auto correct them for me. I am sure there is some setting that I could change but damned if I know where.

I'm not sure what it is about your photos. If I save one of the sideways photos on my computer, then open it up in Windows photo viewer it show up on it's side. If I rotate it to correct orientation, it seems to stay that way. However, if I then load it into a post it is back on it's side again.

On the above post, I opened your photo in Photoshop Elements, then re-saved it in the correct orientation. It then posted fine.

As you say there may be some property on the photo imparted by your phone that is different than mine (iPhone 6plus). I looked at the properties of your photos and I didn't see anything that would indicate orientation.

It's a mystery..

Thursday - April 30th

I managed to get out for an excellent ride today. I rode south to Penticton and then over Green Mountain Rd. While stopped for a coffee, I had a nice visit with a Penticton couple who were out on their bicycles. They had owned an 1150 GS in the past and were interested in acquiring another one. Who knows, we may see them in the club sometime soon.

I had to take the opportunity to take a selfie.

Then rode to Keromeos and over upper bench road before rejoining Hwy 3 and ending up in Osoyoos for gas. Time for a photo stop on Anarchist Mountain.

It was a great ride over to Rock Creek and north on Hwy 33. I ended the day with a visit with Dan at the Red Rock Garage in Beaverdell.

Dan was onsite getting prepared for opening tomorrow, May 1st. I made the first official purchase of the year. I picked up a Red Rock Garage Hat.

It was a beautiful day for a ride. The lack of traffic was almost eerie and I managed to "Social Distance" without any effort at all. Nice change from sitting at home. I think Kathi was glad to see me gone for the day as well.

Cheers, Wayne
