I agree. I tried to be a good customer with Bentley. Tried to buy my bike from them, kinda blew me off. After I went there for a few warranty things, even still trying to buy a few things I would leave shaking my head. My business lives or dies on Customer service. So being jaded from past experience, I am a tad reluctant to leave my bike in the hands of Kelowna Moto-rad even though they talk the talk. So for now I live with the Throttle limp mode thing. !! Of course being a tech I can do most any thing I need to, if I have the info of course. So totally frustrated with the new game they are playing.

On a number of forum sites some are posting that BMW service information for motorcycles is available on the BMW TIS site on a subscription basis for $30/24 hrs, $250 for 1 month, $2500 for a year. Not sure why anyone would post this as the site clearly states that it does not include motorcycles. Even the BMW MOA Consumer Liaison believed that the motorcycle information was there and so informed the BMW MOA President. More recently in response to Facebook posts the MOA President asked the Consumer Liaison to get the facts and the Presdient has confirmed that neither the TIS not the AIRS systems support motorcycles.
