Used Motor Oil Disposal?

Where is a good place to dispose of used motor oil in Kelowna?

I take my oil to the Great Canadian Oil Change on Richter behind the Petrocan on Richter and Harvey.  They have a pallet outside their door you can drop it off at.  No Charge.  They also take anti-freeze.
