Easter Sunday Ride - April 5th

Easter Sunday is a favorite of ours to get out for one of the first rides of the season.  Traffic is usually pretty quiet on the middle of a long weekend and this coming Sunday, the weather looks to be excellent.  18C is forecast for Osoyoos so that's where we're heading.  

We plan to meet at the Tim Hortons in West Kelowna (The one by the Wendy's on the southbound side of Hwy 97) at 11:30 AM .  We're looking to meander south via backroads to Osoyoos where we plan to stop for an afternoon meal.  We don't have to be home for dinner so we plan to take advantage of the afternoon warmth.  

You're welcome to join us for the day or only a part of it if you have to be home for Easter dinner.  Happy Easter everyone.

Hi Folks

We haven't heard of anyone joining us tomorrow so we've decided on a later departure time.  We're going to let it warm up a bit more in the morning before leaving Enderby.  We are now planning to be at the the Tim Hortons in West Kelowna at 11:30 tomorrow morning.

Was toying with joining you guys after talking yesterday at Canoe Beach.. Even ran in and insured the little bike.. But with the heavy frost here this morning and the fact that I am a wuss and need to be home for dinner I'll pass.  Going for a shorter ride after it warms up a tad.

Thanks for letting us know Brian.  We understand about the Easter Dinner with family.  We're likely going to have a nice early dinner in Osoyoos or Oliver and ride home after.  It was nice and warm well into the evening yesterday so we can come home a bit later.  

Enjoy your Easter and if we don't run into you sooner we'll see you at Breakie on the 26th.
