As I sit here under a nice warm Blanket, I have become quite lazy. I need some sign of spring to get motivated. The bikes are all sitting on tenders, the pile of Farkles is growing for the new GSA. Yet to be installed. The Rig is sitting half apart as I try to clean the rest of the Dempster out of those hidden crannies. I've torn the old CX650E to pieces as I start yet another project. Dear Kathy just rolls her eyes. Maybe a brisk winter ride will get the juices going again. Only trouble is, Im the motor!!! Come on SPRING

I appreciate your conundrum of winter laziness. I haven't had the cover off the GS since November. I've been working at finishing out part of my basement and I've been down there so much in the last three months that I'm beginning to feel like a Troll. Almost finished. Hopefully it will be warmer in the garage in the next few weeks and and can get some of my winter maintenance done.

Well I think Winter is over after the nice turn out at Grindrod even when we had snow the day before :-0. Nice to see a good crowd out and about. I think the venue is a keeper

Hi Brian. Yes it was a great turnout in Grindrod today. I counted 51 people and 28 bikes in attendance. (Although it was a bit like counting bees in a hive. They keep moving around.)

Glad you think the venue is a keeper. I spoke the chef John early in the event and he was working real hard to keep up with the buffet crowd. Successfully I think. Judy spoke to him afterward and he indicated they would like to see us back so we'll see if we can arrange a repeat next year. Large venue accommodated our crowd, the parking lot is very good size and it's a nice location.

I think Winter is over. (At least for a few months.)
